A MALLORCA winery is working on 100% sustainable power source. The 1,300m2 Son Juliana winery the shadow of the fantastic Tramuntana mountain range.
Built in just over two weeks, the winery is the work of Munarq Arquitectes.
15 cm of cork insulation permit a steady temperature for the wine to be stored at.
The speed of this construction was down to the use of a prefab solid structure, you would normally see in the industrial areas or towns and cities. utilized a prefab solid structure, and nearby and common materials like female horses – a neighborhood sandy stone – in the outside veneers, and earthenware blocks for the inside completing dividers.
