Property valuation in Spain

If you wish to fund your project using a Spanish bank, we can help organise the mortgage, and in particular, carry out the valuation of the property you wish to buy. We are currently working in association with the valuation company Valtecnic. The valuation is always necessary as part of the process of securing a loan in Spain, since the loan is usually set at a value which is a percentage of the market value of the property.
