Design and Constuction in Spain
We are keen to get involved in the design of any project that traditionally requires an architect, and in particular we have local experience of the following:

New build houses in green field sites or within town centres ie. ‘casa de pueblo’ style. We have recently collaborated with a local supplier of prefabricated wooden houses.

Larger scale housing developments such as flats or terraced housing for developers

Extensions or alterations to the above, including the addition of ancillary spaces such as garages, barbecue areas, bodegas, swimming pools

Gardens and landscaping

Design of restaurants, shops and commercial premises

Interior design
We have good contacts with local builders, obviously a very important advantage when planning a project abroad, and are able to be involved throughout the construction process as site supervisors. Part of the team on site is the Site Manager, or ‘arquitecto tecnico’, who is responsible also for issues of Site Security and the construction workers’compliance of all Health and Safety regulations. We work together with a local engineer who is responsible for all calculations relating to structural work.
