SKH Architects is an association of English-speaking architects in Spain formed with the objective of working for international clients wishing to purchase, build and/or restore property.
Our  knowledge of Spanish and Catalan enables us to provide a locally integrated, hands-on service from our base in the Tarragona region of Catalonia in the north-east of Spain.
We will act on your behalf and according to your requirements, with one primary objective: to provide a full professional service in the fields of architecture and engineering, always keeping you informed and up-to-date throughout the process of any project. Communication is the key to our success, and we understand what a vital component it is, to making the project which you are undertaking run as smoothly as possible.
Your project will be taken on by an architect in your area, on the basis of a fee that has been agreed at the outset and will not change during the course of the work which has been commissioned.
The links which we have built with associated professions enable us to offer a wide range of services beyond construction projects alone: we can now help clients in a variety of transactions with local and regional authorities in securing licenses for all possible land uses and activities, within the process of a change of use, or a new design proposal for some land or property which you may wish to develop.

SKH Architects are working to complete the final design stage of this exciting development of a finca in the Matarraña, Teruel.
The Aragonese government is offering grants for projects promoting rural tourism, and this new business venture for Belgian clients is going to add a new dimension to the current range of accommodation on offer. The grant application was submitted in August, and we are hoping for some good news at the beginning of 2012.
